Scotsman Way

This is a mini studio 350 sq ft. Has full size fridge, microwave, sink, cabinets, hotplate small closet, patio with sliding glass door. separate entrance. Laundry unit in main house as well as full bathroom. Bathroom is not used by any guests in the main house. 2 older professional females live in main house. We both wake up very early in the morning so we would prefer no late nighters. Will consider a cat. need 1st, last and deposit. Utilities are included as long as used reasonably.

I work full time for the legislature and the other renter is retired from the court system I have one dog and two cats but they will not go into the room.
