I have a one bedroom available for rent in a 2600 sqr ft house. The bedroom comes with a bathroom with full bath, tub, shower etc. The house is in Twin Lakes community. POSSIBLE one car garage. This is a 6 month at a time lease. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS of any kind. Background, reference and employment check required. 1st/last and $500.00 damage deposit required. Absolutely no smoking in or out of house. Open weekends Sat/Sun 10am to 3pm starting March 26th. No viewings during the week. Viewing will require no shoes on carpet. Garage will be $75 extra per month. Rent includes utilities: hot water, heat winter 65degrees, garbage pick up, no yard maintenance, possible access to office with un-used desk. Usage of laundry room included. Food/Beverage keep separated. I have a 16year old boy every other weekend.

I am a single father with a 16 year old son who stays in the 3rd bedroom every other week. He is quite and courteous.
