Southwest Hume Court

I have two rooms opening up in May in our spacious, fully furnished 4 bed 2 bath house right by the Safeway on Barbur Boulevard. Rent is month to month! There are lots of stores like Fred Meyer, restaurants like the original Original Pancake House, and fast food options like Taco Bell just a short walk from the house, as well as several bars such as a salsa/bachata club across the street called Rustix. There are also several Trimet stops just a 2-3 minute walk away. I can move out of my room ($607 rent + $40-100 utilities/month), which can be furnished or unfurnished, any time between 5/7-28/2023. My other roommate (23M) is moving out of his room which has its own bathroom ($540 rent/month) on 5/8/2023. Other than taking down the Halloween decorations, all the furnishing from the pictures has remained the same.

I am a recent grad/young professional and live with another young professional (21M) and two Lewis & Clark College students (20F and 23M). We are all pretty mellow, communicative and clean. We each tend to do our own thing but chit chat here and there while passing by. Everyone is more than welcome to have guests and host get-togethers with friends. My 23M roommate and I are trying to move out by 5/8/2023. 21M roommate, 20F roommate and I share a bathroom upstairs while 23M roommate has the downstairs bathroom connected to his room (we are able to use that bathroom if the upstairs one is occupied).
