Marvin's room

The Room is in a townhouse complex located in Taylor (Goddard & Telegraph) .
My townhouse has central air Conditioning, its own separate, private entrance, A parking space is also provided right in front. There is 1 shared bathroom upstairs. The room is on the second floor and measures, 12ft x 15ft, with ample closet space. It also has a ceiling fan, which is very nice during the spring and summertime. The room is not furnished. Rent includes, all utilities, (central air conditioning, parking space, use of a washer and dryer which is in the basement and internet/wifi.

I am a cigarette smoker. If you smoke or if smoke does not bother you, it would work out great. I am a 51-year-old, white, straight, stay at home, very kind, quiet, very laid back and easy-going kind of guy looking for a quiet, responsible and trustworthy person with a full-time job. The lease will be on a month-to-month basis. A long-term agreement can be established if we are compatible roommates. I do a thorough background screening and interview process including some routine questions and a Criminal And Credit Background Check at your cost. If the room is offered to you I will refund half the cost. No pets! Please, No weed, drugs, heavy drinkers or drama. Any issues of this kind will be evicted immediately!
