Nicole's room

My roommates and I are looking for 1 more girl to live with us next year! Move in would be in July. We are a 2 minute walk from campus and around 10 minute walk to Fred Meyer. Rent is $680 plus utilities, our townhouse is 3 stories with 2 balconies, a washer and dryer, 4 bed, 2 full bath, and 2 half bath.

We keep our place clean so we are looking for people that are also neat and tidy. We are also looking for people who are social and down to go out on weekends but also value personal time and space.
