Hello! This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. I am renting out my partially furnished third bedroom (includes dresser and queen bed) with a private bathroom half bath (share the shower). Includes in unit laundry.

The property is in a safe, military community. This also means no cannabis on the property and the leasing office will run their own background check with the tenant application that will take 1-2 weeks to process.

About the roomies

The property is occupied by myself, a single female who has a hybrid work from home/ in person job and an extremely well trained (but very high energy) working dog.

Ideally, I want to rent to someone who is clean, respects boundaries, and does not work from home regularly.
