( Map shown is incorrect ) Living room is huge and a partition is placed so approx. 2/5 th of space is a private space/ furnished w/ good quality full sized mattress, (I have bought a new better mattress - it’s not the one in the pic ) lamps, shelves, table/ chair, 2 windows. Full use of rest of apt, including spacious entertainment area in living room, eat-in kitchen, and very nice bathroom with window, and huge tub ( great for baths ) There are two privacy curtains if you wish to use. MUST be cat friendly ( I have 2 ). Laundry is in front of building. Looking for someone who is mostly gone during regular daytime work hours since I work from home about 60 - 70 % of the time. The building is clean, very well maintained so need someone who is quiet, discreet, respectful to neighbors. The location is amazing, just 2- 3 min. walk to the N/W train station, 15 min. ride ( average ) to Times Sq. or Grand central. An amazing selection of restaurants, and stores just steps away. A 10 min. walk to the express bus on 21st st gets to Bryant park in 15 - 20 min. No smoking of anything in the apt. 60 yo gay male works in health care, goes to the gym every day, salsa dances at least once a week. In a choir once a week. I use alcohol minimally/ moderately. My spacious bedroom in the back of apt, is where I can spend alot of my time, as i have TV, desk area there. I have no problem retreating to my bedroom is you desire to use the front room for entertainment.
