The house is across the street from Christopher Newport University. It’s a good place to live. The bedroom is ground floor, bathroom shared with 1 other girl. Utilities (gas, energy, wifi, water) are about $100-125/month in addition to rent. Parking in the driveway is easy. If you need a bed please let me know as soon as possible and I can work something out.
About the roomies
3 other girls ages 22-23 live in the house, 2 students and 1 vet, each with her own room. They are kind and respectful. They keep a chore chart and clean up after themselves but occasionally there is clutter. Looking for a woman age 18-25 who will not cause problems.
