Hey my name is Victoria me and my fiancé tj are currently looking for a roommate for our 2b apartment must be clean , must contribute to house hold items,must clean up after yourself, no pets allowed , no loud music ,if kids are not your forte I have a child on the way ,rent must be paid on time ,no shoes in the house,no smoking in the house , must inform of guest 2 days prior,no parties , looking for female roommate , good hygiene needed,must keep your space clean , must contribute to household expenses btw the space is larger than what it looks walk in closet and spacious room. Rent is $700 per month

Roommates must be on time with rent and must be open to having a child around the house and very respectful
