About the room
This is an apartment very close to CSUF and Disneyland. I am looking to go back home as soon as the fall semester is over in May, but my lease is up in July. If you are taking summer classes at CSUF or you are visiting, this is a great place to be. It will be available for June and July, but you can also apply to renew your stay in the complex for the fall.
About the roomies
Your roomates will be an art student and a working adult. Both are extremely outgoing and very clean. Your roommates are not noisy at all, they never throw parties, and are always considerate. You will have extremely good communication and equal amount of work taking out trash or cleaning common areas. You will be the luckiest person with these roommates.
