I am 25, an accountant, and have been living here for a year. I absolutely love this complex and everything it offers. I would love to stay if I can find someone to take over the master bedroom. I work remotely 2-3 days a week and usually hang out at the apartment, at the beach, or on a hike on the weekends. I am pretty quiet and like to keep to myself but I like to go out occasionally. I am very clean and I am looking for a roommate who wants to keep the common space clean as well.

Must be good with pets! I have two cats who are very loving but unfortunately, two is the max at this complex so please no pets.

The room is currently occupied but will be vacant by June 23 (this could be earlier in June).
