Annalise's room

The apartment was renovated as of a year ago, and everything is still in great condition. Good A/C unit, washer/dryer already hooked up (there’s also a laundromat within walking distance if we ever need a backup). Two beds and two baths, so we’d each have our own private space. Neighbors are all very nice, and the area is nice as well. Located on the first of two floors, so there is some noise from upstairs, but not much. Each apartment gets two parking spots at no extra charge, and it’s in a good part of town for biking.

I’m currently the only tenant living in this apartment, so aside from my neighbors in the surrounding apartments, it’s just me.
