I am looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP near the Richmond Road/Man O War intersection in Lexington. I have a job oppertunity out of state which requires me to move. The base rent of the apartment is $1010. The total of the apartment, with all bills and apartment fees is around $1328.00. Lease ends July 31 this year but you can renew the lease. It is a pet friendly apartment but pet fees are not included in this total. It is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment. It has a washer and dryer, wifi, dishwasher, and is ground level. The complex has: dog washing station, pool indoor and out, gym, dog park, grills to cook out, and tennis courts. If you are interested:

1. The apartment complex will require you gross monthly 3x the base rent of apartment which is $1010. This means you should make about $3000 for the month BEFORE taxes are taken out to get approved on the financial side.
2. The apartment complex will require you to come to the office in person to fill out an application. They require a $45 cashiers check for the application. Tell them you want to fill out an application for Lease Transfer.
3. Once approved, since I already paid the $500 refundable deposite, you would pay me the deposite with a cash or cashiers check since you will get that amount back at the end of the lease since it would now be your lease. Please feel free to verify that info when you go to apply.

No roomates as this is a lease take over. So you are free to bring your own roomies!
