No pets, no smoking, no drugs. In a two-story townhouse you will have a private room on the second floor with your own bathroom and share a 2-car garage with washer and dryer. The kitchen has plenty of counter space but please clean up after use. Internet, sewage, and garbage included. Electricity and water to be split 50/50 if you also work from home, but if you are on-site/campus full time your share will be 30%. Community amenities include a tennis court, pool, and hot tubs.

This great location in Citrus Heights is in a quiet community tucked away from the busy roads and is close to shopping and I-80. Roseville and Sacramento both just a short drive away. Like spending time outdoors? Folsom Lake, Lake Natomas, and Auburn all less than 30 minutes away. San Francisco and Lake Tahoe are both about 90 minutes away too.

I am a professional in my early 30s and work from home. I am quiet, clean, and respectful and I ask the same of you (you know, golden rule and all that).
