This is a duplex and we will be living in unit A. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, living room, and is fully furnished with internet. There is also an attached garage for additional storage. There is a driveway and small front lawn area that can fit two cars for parking. The unit has a small, enclosed backyard in the back for privacy as well.

I am a 34 y/o female pharmacist living in the South Austin area. I am typically pretty quiet, reserved, cleanly, and to myself. I’m looking for a roommate with similar characteristics.
