This a lovely apartment with an excellent kitchen and living space. A shared in-ground pool is included in the price of rent open from May to September. There is also a shared gym available year round included in the price of rent. The apartment is located no more than 20 minutes outside of Harrisburg. Internet and electricity is about 150 dollars on top of rent. rent may be subject to increase when a new lease is signed, but this complex has not raised the rent too much in the past compared to other places. There is a washer and dryer within the unit which is convenient. The kitchen is large and modern. The living room is also a large space.
