Private bedroom available for rent (10’x10’) in a 2 bedroom, 1 shared bathroom apartment. Preferred female roommate. It’s on the first of 4 floors. The complex was built in 1988, the unit is not renovated but has many new appliances like glass top stove, microwave, new faucets, medicine cabinet, mirrored closet doors, thick blinds, new double paned windows. The complex itself is very clean and nice and has a lot to offer (hot tub, bbq, workout room, security gate, Amazon hub locker, laundry on site). Reserved underground parking, also can aquire permit for restricted street parking. We have friendly managers on site (so things get fixed quickly). Just a couple blocks from great restaurants, grocery, shopping. So, not far from the lively part, but kinda tucked back by the hospitals in a quieter neighborhood. (Only ESA registered animals allowed). I have a sweet, well trained dog “Nacho” that visits on the weekend. Ideal for someone working at UCSD hospital or Scripps Mercy Hospital as it’s right across the street! Can help furnish the room if needed. Water and trash covered by complex. Rent is $1040 +utilities (~$100) per month, $750 deposit. Looking for someone for a 6-month lease, and if we get along, perhaps longer. I’ve lived here for 12 years and I love it!

Hi, my name is Erin, I’m a 41yo artist working as a Researcher. Taking some classes online to get back into the art field (graphic design). I love living in Hillcrest, it’s a really inclusive, fun area with genuine people. I like to hike, swim, be outside, go to concerts, explore, or stay inside and watch Netflix. I also love hanging out with my dog when I can on the weekends (he has another home on the weekdays as I work long hours), oh, and plants! I have quiet a few and I’m happy to share as they propagate a lot :). I do online school at home in the morning and work in the afternoon/evening. I’m pretty quiet, but love meeting new people and learning about their cultures, customs, and talk about how we live our best lives :) Clean and respectful. Happy to hang out and do stuff or do our own thing, but I keep it friendly and open :)
