Caitlin's room

3 bedroom, 2 bath house with an attached garage and fenced in back yard with a small garden. I have a cat and small dog but unfortunately, no more animals are allowed. We are in a small little neighborhood about 10 minutes from the beach and 15 from downtown Charleston.

We have been roommates going on 3 years. Our other roommate is moving in with his girlfriend so we are looking for someone else who would be a good fit! We both have very busy schedules and keep a clean house. We want someone who will be respectful, clean, and mindful of noise in the later hours.
