Hello, New to this. I live in a quiet neighborhood in a single family residential home with 3 bedrooms and I happen to have a studio size room available for rent, effective May 1st. I will not collect security deposit but rather 1st & last month, so please I am trusting you maintain the space very well. There’s a fridge, a kitchen with sink, cabinets, etc but no stove though I can provide. You will also have your own full bathroom. WiFi, electricity and hot water included. There’s plenty of parking in the driveway or you can use the car garage, your preference.

Super convenient with 5 mins ~1.5 miles drive to Market basket, cvs, dollar store, Fitchburg State university, train station and 4 miles which is about 12 mins drive to Lunenberg Walmart

Side note: I have a queen size mattress for free grabs if you want!
