Large unfurnished room, shared bathroom with one other housemate. Comes with a parking space in the garage and access to shared common areas. House has all the normal amenities, laundry, wifi, and things along those lines. Common areas fully furnished, can furnish room if needed. Quiet and safe area in an established neighborhood. Located inside 410, off Bandera, super convenient for access to St. Mary’s, Medical Center area, and about 10 minute drive to downtown.

I’m 42, work full-time and other housemate is 23. He is a student at UTSA, but also works. Both of us are pretty mild mannered, clean, and respectful.
