Apartment is a 3rd floor walk up across from a school so it’s normally pretty quiet during the days except at school pickup time. Washer/Dryer in unit! Electric, internet, Gas are separate and average $80 in fall/spring and $120 when it’s really cold/hot. The furniture (minus tv) in the living room is mine. There’s a deck out back as well. Located around the corner from the 66 Chicago Ave bus and down the street from the Damen bus and Western bus. Walkable area close to Marianos! Contact if interested!

I’m a 33 year old, Black, bisexual woman who has her Masters in Social Psychology. I mostly work from home and describe myself as a homebody. I keep common areas clean and haven’t had any complaints from roommates. I play video games, listen to basically anything but country and work hybrid for a corporate support center. I don’t do parties. I’ll go to them, but I like the ability to leave the party whenever. I don’t mind friends coming over as long as they aren’t super loud when I’m trying to sleep. Ideal roommate is someone who keeps the common area clean, is kind, has a hobby. Bonus points if you like took cook cause I’m fine with being a taster/sous chef!
