Searching for the the proper roomate who’s willing to pay the price to live in an apartment or penthouse in a new and luxurious high rise building in the hearth of Downtown LA with floor to ceiling windows that will allow for the best views of DTLA skyscrapers and gorgeous California sunsets. There is two apartment buildings that I’m interested in. I can send the info upon request. Both apartments will require proof of income of at least 50k per year. This is non negotiable. Close to the best nightlife, restaurants and vibes in LA, as well as the best shopping areas. There are different rent amounts starting at 1500 depending on what type of room you want. That amount would most likely get you a room with shared bathroom, but there is also options for master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet for over 1800 up to 2k. Other amenities included are high ceilings, washer and dryer, full kitchen with big refirgerator, stove, plates, cups and lots of room to be in. Living room connected to kitchen, balcony, central air etc. I will provide all of the living room furniture and art but you may bring your own art, I have an extra mattress if you need one. Building has gym, outdoor pool with community indoor and outdoor living spaces, rooftop living spaces, luxurious lobby, parking garage available for an extra fee, electric car chargers.
