Looking for 1 roommate only, no couples, this is not a shared room situation.Stay overs are fine.The bedroom is 12ft Wide x 12ft Long with 7ftTall ceilings with a big spacious closet and beautiful window seat. The apartment is a duplex style /townhouse with a full basement and washer and dryer. There is a full bath upstairs and half on first floor. There is a gated pool on the grounds, gated Tennis court, basketball court and there is a playground. 1 designated parking space for yourself and plenty of parking for guests. The area is beautiful surrounded by nature. The back patio looks out to the trees/bushes and wildlife with lots of privacy. Across the parking lot there is a pond that the deer cross over to and more privacy! It is a must see. I assure you, you won’t be disappointed! Also located a mile down the road from Mt. Tom Reservation that offers 22 miles of Hiking and Cross Country skiing of all levels. Many fine Restaraunt’s in the immediate area and 5 miles down Mt. Tom to Easthampton where you will also find great pub and cultural dining.Also there I another great picnic, hiking, climbing, and scenic area. The famous movie Edge of darkness was filmed there. There are many great are finds in this area!!! I also I also assure you, you will not love the area! Northampton is eay access from 91 wich is literally right across from us just jump on and it will take 10 minutes to take you directly there, 10 mins. I assure you will not be disappointed with the area location!

You have Full access to whole house. You can display photos and hang art work if you choose anywhere you would like and make yourself at home! First and last month rent required prior to move in date. All Utilities included. There is Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment. However, feel free to smoke outside on the patio or anywhere on the premises. Feel free to contact me for any other questions that you may have, I will be happy to answer.

About the roomies

I am a single 50 something woman who’s background is nursing. You will often find me out with family or friends. I also have one indoor cat she is a Persian however, you may never see her as she loves to hide until she becomes familiar with you. I love to cook and you are always welcome to eat.
