Jenna's room

Cute upper unit in a duplex in a walkable area. Lots of natural light in a large open concept living space. We have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. The room is very spacious with a large closet. If you have have a cat it would need to be an ESA. There is street parking and close access to buses and trains. The unit is managed by a professional management company and you would be added to the lease.

We are two roommates (Jenna and Liv) living in Capitol Hill in the upper unit of a duplex. We are both social workers. Liv (they/them) works hybrid so is working from home most days. They like going on walks around the neighborhood and getting coffee. Jenna (she/they) loves reading and the outdoors. We are both queer and having a community and good communication in our home is important to us. We are both very clean and quiet and would love doing fun things together. We love spending time at Lake Washington and getting takeout to watch shows.
