Rooms for rent (Please ask for Amber)'s room

This newly remolded home is in a quiet neighborrhod in Loma Linda near the 10 freeway and lots of shopping. There are two rooms for rent in this house. One room is furnished (Available May 1st) and the other is unfurnished(Available April 15th). Both rooms will share a bathroom. Bills will not be split three ways but $150 rate flat per room towards the bill is additional. In door washer and dryer available. Looking for someone who is clean and responsible. No parties, smoking (indoors), long term guests, or drugs.

This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two rooms will share a bathroom and the private room as a bath. The private room is rented by a middle age female non smoker who has rented here for many years. This house will be shared by three people total.
