Private, top floor, master suite in a 3-story town home. FULLY FURNISHED - Queen bed, flat screen TV, full en-suite bathroom with plenty of space, walk-in closet, and sitting area. All bedding and linens included. Washer/dryer on 2nd floor. Fully equipped kitchen on main floor. Share kitchen and living space with mature, clean, professional owner. There is storage for a few outdoor toys including skis and or bike in owner’s garage - but otherwise, no storage for other furniture, appliances, etc. First, last, and security required to move in - shortest lease considered is 3 months, longest is 9 months.

I am the owner and the only other person living in the home full time. My girlfriend comes up from Denver several times a month. I have lived in the Valley since the mid-90’s, the Valley and this property are my full time residence; I treat both with the utmost respect. I am extremely neat and clean, and if that’s not you, there are probably other opportunities out there for you. I am quiet, a non-smoker of any kind, and a social drinker on occasion. I love the outdoors - ski, bike, hike, as much as possible.
