I’m Clover, 25y/o, they/them. I own the property with my family and live in the only upstairs unit and am renting out the second bedroom. I am a full-time student and love playing DnD and listening to music. I like to cook often and bake sometimes. My boyfriend sleeps over often, but I also sleep over at his house a lot so there’s plenty of privacy, and we are both respectful, quiet, and tidy.

My brother and his girlfriend live in one of the units downstairs. They do use the laundry in the upstairs unit. They are quiet and respectful.

The third unit is downstairs, currently unoccupied and under construction. Should be completed in a few months.

Big friendly indoor/outdoor tomcat who would love some company. Plants and fish tanks in the house. No additional pets at this time.

I host a game night/DnD on Monday nights that go until midnight usually. You’re welcome to join in!
