I’m looking for a roommate to move in asap in a apartment on Venice Blvd. It’s a 2 beds 2 baths, really quiet and it’s close to everything : the beach (8min drive and 30min walking), all stores (WholeFood, Ralph’s, Costco, Erewhon max 5min driving), gas station 1min away, and Abbott Kinney is 25min walking and 5min drive.

The apartment is unfurnished but I’ll take care of most the living room, you’ll just have to take care of your own room. It comes with 2 parking spots (I don’t have a car it’s all yours), a gym, laundry unit downstairs, and also a balcony. The rent is 1350 per person + utilities (count 150$/month). So in total 1500$/month, (I’m taking care of the security deposit). The owner is running a credit and background check, no big deal.

My name is Henry Lee, I’m almost 22, and I’m from France. I am a full time service worker in a luxury hotel in Santa Monica and also an entrepreneur. I am super clean, super tidy, and I loooove to cook so you might not even need to cook.

Whenever I have free time I love going to movies, and trying new restaurants, I also love going to the gym and sports in general. I love having nights in with friends so I expect them to come once in a while. I like to party but most of the time it’s outside in a bar or club with me friends but I’d be happy if you’d join.
