Nonrefundable fee of $38 to check tenant’s background. Proof of income, last two pay stubs, copy of driver’s license/ID. Month to month agreement for up to six (6) months only. Could be extended, but not certain.
All bills included. Wi-Fi, AC, centralized heating. Room not furnished. NO KITCHEN AND NO LAUNDRY ROOM ACCESS, no stove top cooking, no guests, no pets, no alcohol, no drugs, no loud music. Street parking only. Plenty of parking on street. Laundromat within one mile. Must get a PO BOX to receive mail.
