Leana's room

We have a recently remodeled room for $750 monthly available for rent as early as 2/1/24. The room is furnished with a full size bed, night stand, dresser, lamp, alarm clock, and fridge/freezer combo. If you have your own stuff these can be moved out for you. There’s also a wall mounted TV that has prime video, hulu, and Disney+ set up for use.

We are close to the light rail, highway, shopping, and restaurants. There is a shared bathroom downstairs. The living room and kitchen are shared spaces, and we have a huge fenced in backyard. There’s open street parking right in front of the house. The house is also equipped with a Bluetooth digital door lock and security system with all around cameras for safety and peace of mind though we’ve never had any issues.

There is no smoking at all in the home and you will need to pass a back ground check. Also don’t want drugs in the house. There is also a cleaner that comes in weekly to clean the bathrooms and kitchen so you’ll only need to pick up after yourself and clean your own space.

Currently it is just my husband, 11 year old son, myself and our 16 year old cat in the home. My husband works from home (7-4) and I work in the office (6-3). We do both also do pizza delivery in the evenings Thursday- Monday. We are very quiet home body type people.

Usually my husband and son will be playing video games and I’ll be reading or watching a movie. I don’t care what time you come or go as long as you lock up behind you and aren’t super loud late at night. I’m happy to answer any other questions. Looking forward to meeting some new people.
