Frederick's room

Rent of $650.00 per month includes two rooms and private bath connected with private hallway. Rooms are furnished–one room as bedroom and second room as a living area. We are located in quiet neighborhood . Area is close to I-90 exit 43.

There are two of us residing here. We are easy going and easy to get along with and are both retired. We have a home in Florida and we spend about 4 months there. We are a married gay couple who have been together over 20 years. Our home is pleasant; we have a small dog we love to pieces. We do entertain family/friends; generally no children. Smoking is permitted outside only (neither of us smokes} and no vaping in the home. We are respectful and expect the same from you. You will be a member of the household.
