Cedar Street

This is a two bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. You’ll be taking over my portion of the lease (lease ends January 31st 2024). Of the two bedrooms this is the largest of the two with plenty of space. You have ample closet space. Each apartment has their own storage room in the basement. There is coin operated laundry machines in the basement but you also have the option of a close by laundry mat. The area is super quiet and safe with plenty of food options. Super close to 22 and the parkway. We’re about 20 minutes from the airport. Rent includes hot water and trash. Gas, electric & wifi are split. If needed I can also leave the book shelves & dresser you see pictured as I won’t be needing those. Unfortunately there are no pets allowed on the property and no smoking is allowed inside the apartments.

The other roommate is super chill! She’s really nice and easy to get along.
