Upper Applegate Road

Hello, I have a very clean 25’ RV Travel Trailer for rent for one person, no pets, starting immediately. The unit is a 2019 Heartland “Wilderness” with Winter package and well insulated. Unit has a nice new memory foam mattress. High Speed Internet is available via Wi-Fi at trailer. Pop-up flatscreen TV that stores away w/ USB input. The RV Pad is on the Applegate River, with beautiful views and exceptional privacy. Water and power is included. You would pay for black tank pumping and propane. There is an electric water heater. Trailer has large fridge w/ separate freezer, microwave and AC / Heat. There is a space heater which works well for free heat. If you use the furnace your propane expense would go up of course. You’d need pots, pans, linens etc. I am very laid back and private and mostly keep to myself. No guests would be permitted on property. I do travel on occasion but at home most of the time. If I am away I’d like Tenant to collect mail daily, and trash cans taken out/in. If one day I should meet a friend, and if I feel comfortable I would be open to them visiting or staying the night on occasion. No unannounced visitors would be permitted. The ideal tenant would be a student or professional person who is quiet, respectful, and keeps to themself’s. No loud noises or music on property. Music in trailer is of course ok :) I am the only other person living on property. I’m semi retired, very low key and quiet as well.

The property is 15 min. outside of Jacksonville, 30 min. from Medford and Grants Pass. Month to Month agreement. References required, drug / alcohol free property. Please message me with questions. Thanks!! Peter.

Ideally I’d be looking for a quiet, clean, drug free, and respectful person. I’m 420 friendly. I would ask for references and need to know you are respectful, reliable, and honorable. This situation is ideal for an individual who prefers and appreciates a quiet living environment, is self sufficient and keeps to themselves for the most part. During the warmer months you would have access to my heated pool, and of course the river.
