Looking for 1-2 roommates (rent will change depending on utilities and amount of roommates) Gated community with pool, gym, playground and dog relief areas. Own room with balcony. Own bathroom as well with storage space and closet. Dog/cat welcome but must be apartment trained. (No excessive barking, urinating in apartment) No big breeds allowed. Washer and dryer in unit. Dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge included. Must keep common area clean. Welcome to use pots/pans and any other kitchen wear.

Roommates are a couple and a brother (sleeps in living room temporarily) that are nice and tidy. They do have a pug and a cat that stay in common area during work hours but goes in room at night.
