College Avenue

Hello! I am looking for a female young professional to become my roommate! I am looking for a quiet and clean individual who can respect myself, my landlord, and the property. Currently, I have one kitten who remains in my upstairs area due to circumstances with my prior roommate. Any other pets would have to be spoken about to my landlord. This space offers a shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room space. You’d have two rooms to yourself and your own bathroom. This property has a shared backyard that is taken care of by the landlord (mowing wise) and plenty of garden space all tenants use. We are responsible for taking our trash to the curb and shoveling/salting the sidewalk in the winter months. It is located just outside of the main parts of Lancaster city down the street from F&M. It includes on street parking, but I haven’t found any difficulties not being able to park.

I am a young professional who has been at this property for about three years. I enjoy keeping a quiet and clean space, and just ask for whoever moves in to show the same respect and responsibility I have for the property. Keeping a good relationship and honest line of communication with the landlord is a must. He is a great landlord and I haven’t had any issues with him. He has asked me to make a post about a new roommate since I would be living with the other individual. The neighbors are very nice as well, it is a good quiet area with lots to offer.
