The room comes with an adjustable bedframe + bed, closet, and private bathroom. The living room is openly available to watch TV or play video games (I have an xbox but you can also connect a device). The apartment is located in Eaton Village which is a gated community in northern Chico. Laundry is in unit and parking spaces are widely available. I have xfinity for internet and wifi which will be included in rent. Other items and such can be discussed and divided for bills. The rent I pay is $1,586 per month and I pay $90 per month for internet/TV. I’m asking for the roommate to pay $700 per month. The apartment lease can be extended if we get along well as roomies!
