Renting out two bedrooms in my home.

2066 square foot 3-bedroom home in south Tempe.

First bedroom: fully furnished bedroom with queen size bed with night stand with lamp, dresser and TV. I don’t have cable but have FireTV stick on the TV you can use.

Second bedroom: furnished with two twin beds and small nightstand with lamp. I’m shopping for a dresser I can have in the room before you move in if you need and am also willing to take out one of the beds for additional space if you prefer.

Bathroom is in hallway and is mostly private for you unless we have guests over.

There are two separate living rooms each with a TV, a small dining area by kitchen and a larger dining area. Also have laundry room with washer and dryer. Nice back yard with citrus trees, covered patio, BBQ grill and gated pool.

I’m looking for two existing roommates or family members for the two rooms.

I live alone and work from home 75% of the time in my home office (it’s a separate room so you’d have privacy/access to entire home while I’m working during the week if you’re home) and work 25% in office.

I have three small dogs - they are house trained and always have access to doggie door to yard. I’m OK with one additional small dog that is house trained and can get along with my dogs. I like to cook and stay home quite a bit and keep the house picked up and clean. I’m very easy going and get along with everyone. I’m looking for someone to move in June for a 6-month lease and if it’s working out can extend to longer. Willing to consider a short lease if that’s what works for you or even month-to-month if we agree on that. Rent is $1700 plus 1/3 of monthly water and electric utilities. If we decide to do the background check I’ll discount the cost you paid from first month’s rent.
