Jolie's room

Room for rent in a house. I am looking for a new roommate, preferably a young professional female. Rent is $800 a month ALL utilities included, Internet, lawn/pest, security system and cameras included. It’s a 3 bed 2 bath (you will share the bathroom) with a 2 car garage located close to LSU and the OLOL/BRG area in a safe neighborhood. There is a nice back patio and a large back yard. No pets, as we already have one dog but he doesn’t shed so no need to worry about pet hair.

There is one other person in the home at the moment, she works mostly night shifts as an EMT and is very clean!
