i live on the other side of the house, my daughter, who is in college lives in the side for rent. there will be another renter in the other bedroom, but i am still doing repairs to that bedroom and common area, so first month rent will be reduced to 500. rent will be raised to 650 once repairs are finished and all advertised ammenities are available again. deposit remains 650. besides myself and daughter there is a large but dopey, friendly dog and a couple cats. pets welcome
