This home is part of an HOA with private walking trails, pools and jacuzzis, clubhouse, fishing lake, security, basketball, and tennis courts. The suite is fairly large in a single family home, has two closets, enclosed bathroom with two sinks, soaking tub/shower, separate door to toilet. The kitchen and laundry are always accessible. Rent is $1,000 flat(utilities included in that amount). Close to Redlands, Loma Linda, Forest Falls, etc. Our landlord is allowing us to sublease, so we’re trying to find the right tenant. He will perform an interview and background check, credit screening, and amend the lease agreement to add oncoming tenant. Deposit of $1,000 will be required after approved and viewing of house.

Single mother raising 18 year old full time freshman college athlete. Working full-time as a substitute teacher while also being there every step of the way helping my child succeed. We are private individuals and spend most of our time in our rooms. We have a jack and jill bathroom that links our rooms and we are down the hall from the master. We’re quiet, no smoking, no drinking, no parties, no guests, drama free, respectful and friendly.
