The room has a bed and a desk with a chair! We would have our own bathrooms and then share the kitchen and living room area (which are both furnished but i’m willing to change things up because i am not great at decorating lmao. With the bedroom furniture, if you have your own things- i would be more than willing to get rid of those things! This community is gated at night and they have free parking and the bus stop is not too far from here! There is a dog park half a mile over as well as just a nice park!

My names isabella and I’m 21 years old! I work a full time job at a hotel. I have a dog- her name is Mazie, she is about 12 years old and she is so sweet. She is potty trained and very polite but she does love attention! She gets along with other animals as well. I do smoke but only outside! I am super respectful of people’s personal space and their boundaries. I don’t care if you use my streaming services either! But so bills aren’t included- lights/water/internet/renters insurance (and i think that’s all) that comes out to approximately $220. Rent is always do on the first but there is grace period. I can let someone move in soon- but i do want to make sure you have a valid and stable source of enough income and the we get along well as well and my dog (if you have an animal they both have to get along).
