One bedroom available in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Eddyville about a five minute drive to the Kingston Waterfront. $825 per month plus utilities. Ideally looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease starting in June. There is a large kitchen, dining and living rooms and a nice porch with view of the creek on the first floor. Both rooms and the bathroom are on the second floor. The room has two windows and will be unfurnished but fits a queen sized bed. I have a few houseplants around the apartment and occasionally have baked goods to share!

I am 25 years old and enjoy baking, going on walks, and painting. I work at a farm and my days start early, so I appreciate quiet evenings on weekdays.
