4 bed 2 bath, already have 2 people, just looking for two more people to sublet from February-August 2024 (could possibly move in sooner)! Close to the VCU campus (5 min walk to monroe park). Already have one cat in the apartment and would prefer to not have any additional large pets if possible. Only water and trash is included in the rent, electric is not included. Fluctuates but around $40-50, getting up to $70-80 in the winter months (per person). Wifi is $25 per month (per person). In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Central AC.
