About the room
Unfurnished bedroom-shared bathroom. Single story villa-style apartments with private entrances and patios. The $455 is a non-refundable deposit including $80 application fee. The rent will be pro-rated according to the move-in date.
About the roomies
The apartment is a retreat for me at the end of the day; it’s not a place for raucous parties. Friends visiting is fine, but long stays are not cool. I am good as long as you clean after yourself. Washer and dryer in the complex, but I plan to have washer and dryer delivered in April.
