Would you love to live with dogs but aren’t in the position for the responsibility of having your own? Come and join our shared house!

We’re a 6-bedroom 6-person shared house and it comes complete with two well trained, friendly and interactive dogs to be delighted and welcoming every time you return home. Bliss.

The available room is 14’x 10’ on the upstairs floor (2nd floor) which also has the kitchen and main living areas.

The main parts of the house are upstairs (kitchen - with 2 full size fridge/freezers, upstairs living room) and the laundry and downstairs livingroom are on the first floor. The house has 2 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, communal deck off the kitchen, 2 living rooms, laundry room, storage room. The 2 furry friends live on the first floor where their owner’s bedroom is and venture upstairs with their owner or if invited. Main house entrances on both levels and there is a garage for bikes and motorcycles and hobby/flex space.

Utilities are split, reviewed annually and currently $100/month which is paid with rent. They include gas, electric, water, garbage, internet.

• There is no smoking inside the property or in the front yard. Smoking ok in the backyard so long as no smoke enters the house.
• First, last and $550 deposit. The deposit reserves the room, and first and last are due upon move in. Last month can be paid in installments if needed.
• We’re maxed out with pets for now.

Currently we are 3 male, 2 female, and the owner doesn’t live in the house but will show you around and introduce you to your prospective roommates. We’re all young professionals in our 20s and 30s and are looking for similar. We’re experienced with shared living and have always kept a tidy, considerate and friendly home. The household is very low key and the house is well looked after.
