Bedroom and med size closet with detached private full bathroom in a new house in Heartland, TX. Bedroom is furnished with dresser, headboard, and mattress, however, mattress should preferably be replaced, TV in room. Quiet, peaceful, and respectful ambiance. Access to garage, driveway, and laundry in place.

House occupied by myself (female/owner). WFH reg business hours, which may/may not change. There is one small dog in the home, he does not do well with other dogs or other pets in general. No children in the home. I rarely have visitors, stay busy with work, stick to myself, mind my business, and keep my home clean. I prefer the same for roomie.
