Looking for a roommate/sublet to move in June 1st. I currently have a roommate moving out and lease is until Nov 2023.
The apartment in JC on the Hudson. It is 2 bedroom/ 2 baths Southside facing and comes with large terrace and direct views of the city. Completely updated.
Amenities include: Gym, Business Center, Rooftop Terrace, Package Service, Parking Garage
The bedroom available is considered the master, has an attached bathroom and large walk in closet. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen and living room are large and open.
I have a French Bulldog, so must be okay with dogs, she’s a lover. And I can promise will melt your heart.
A short 5 min walk to the exchange place path, 10 min to grove st path, and local to other gyms, stores, and restaurants.
Rent monthly would be $2500 which includes all utilities.
