Golden Gate Avenue

Two bedroom cottage across from the Koret Gym. Two college girls are looking to sublet our apartment for the months of June and July. All furniture, light fixtures, and TV is included as we are just taking our personal belongings. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven/stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer, and a rice cooker. Additionally we already have plates, bowls, utensils, cups, etc. We have our own entrance behind an apartment building so it is very safe. It is its own building so there are no units on top, below, or directly on the sides of it. We have a huge porch in the back (about 20x20ft). It comes equipped with 4 chairs, 3 benches, heating lamp, a shed, and a hammock. The bathroom comes with both a shower and bath.

Me and my roommate will both be gone during summer. Ideally this will work for two people moving together for the summer. However, if you are a singular person who is alright living with another person (girls only) in the same situation then this would work as well.
