Room for rent in a 1st floor condo. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo and the room is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and TV. The guest bath room is right outside bedroom and is shared with guests or family who visit. Condo is directly on the Manatee River, resort style community with a guard gate entry. Unassigned parking is available. HOA rules and regulations will be discussed. Use of 3 pools, 2 gyms, dog park, kayak launch, kids park. Back ground check is required. This is a non smoker rental only.
