Hello! I am looking for a FEMALE roommate ONLY. You will have your own room and ensuite bathroom! The property has 3 gyms, 3 pools, running track, golf putting, karaoke room, theater and more amenities! Parking is not free and is $87.50 a month.

We also have a dishwasher, dryer and washer inside the apartment.

BTW the pictures are model photos from the property however the room in the pictures will be your room. It has a walk in closet and will come unfurnished.

I am 24 years old and work in an office job 4 days a week and WFH 1 day a week. I love karaoke, and dancing, and spend most of my free time at concerts or watching kdramas :) I don’t smoke but take a lot of naps.

I will be getting a kitten so you MUST be okay with cats to move in. NO dogs.
